Mama Nadia's Kitchen | Mama Nadia's Kitchen is founded by an Egyptian housewife who has always enjoyed cooking and has always opened her house for friends and family to enjoy her delicious meals. She even hosted friends from North America, East Asia, South Asia and more from around the world. When asked what makes her food unique, she’d say “My secret recipe is cooking with love and care to my family and guests“. With this same passion and love for cooking, her children helped achieve her dream of opening her own restaurant to feed much more guests tasty food with high quality ingredients.

Have to add my own five star review - I get it now!! Absolutely delicious! We had the Juicy Lamb shanks, Delicious Chicken Fatteh and Macaroni Bechamel. We devoured it! This will be a regular place for takeout for us when visit Victoria. Oh and the babaganoush was awesome. Just everything was flavourful in the most perfect way.

What an incredible dinner at Mama Nadia’s Kitchen! Amazing food! Large portions, well seasoned, and quick service. The Lamb shank was incredible and with an amazing sauce. Om Ali was very good. Well worth the drive!

We tried Lamb Shank, Kofte, Chicken bowl, and the rice pudding. Everything was great! Lamb shank was so tender. The owner was very polite and helpful.It is a take away restaurant, we didn’t know at first and asked the owner if there is dine-in available, the owner went above and beyond to accommodate us and arranged seating for us.Everything here tastes good! Would try kunafe next time :)

Awesome Food!!! Ordered a lot, enough for two people to eat three times. I feel full every time I eat it, but I will miss this taste after a while! Kofta Dawood Basha Bowl and Baba Ghanuj are worth a try. Om Ali is my favorite dessert!The restaurant is clean and the food is of great quality but cheap price. I LOVE it deeply!

I highly recommend Mama Nadia’s kitchen for anyone who enjoys Middle Eastern and Egyptian cuisine. The chicken fillet marinated in Mama's special spices was incredibly flavorful and perfectly cooked. The kofta bowl was equally delicious with the griddled ground beef seasoned with Middle Eastern spices, onions, and parsley. Both dishes were served with a generous serving of rice and a choice of dip or sauce. And to top it off, the Om Ali dessert was the perfect ending to an already amazing meal. If you're looking for delicious and authentic Middle Eastern and Egyptian food, this place is definitely worth a try.

I have never before seen a place on Google Maps with 5 stars; Mama Nadia's wildly deserves this unprecedented rating. You pick up your food from the side door of a community centre, where two eager children saw me circling aimlessly in the parking lot of the Circle K and guided me to the right door. The portions are family-sized. Order food to share with others or eat for lunch at the beach tomorrow. Maybe a few lunches - the portions are very generous for the price. We had lamb shanks, macaroni bechamel, & a very tasty baba ghanuj.Do whatever it takes to keep this food home business alive - it has a comfortable and lived-in flavour of entrepreneurs sharing their talents that you will want to keep in the community for years to come.

We were in town visiting/vacation. Took a chance based on the reviews and all the praise is definitely deserved! It was a little hard to find but we were greeted by the some of the friendliest people I've ever met. They helped us decide on meals and threw in a small dessert. I too had the lamb shank and my wife had a pasta type dish and both were exceptional! I can't recommend this couple/Mama Nadia's enough. Give them a try, you won't be disappointed!

One of my new favourite places! My partner and I just order the Kafta bowl and the lamb shanks. It was SO delicious! So much flavour without being too spicy. Great gluten free options. I ate the rice pudding too quickly to take a picture, and the same was for my partner and the Om Ali. The couple who made our meal were the sweetest people, I felt like we were ordering from family. Will absolutely be going again %100.

My partner and I found that mama Nadia's Kitchen offers the best value take out in Victoria. We were blown away by the delicious lamb shanks! The owners are a welcoming and generous family, and obviously care about their food and customers.100% recommend

We are delighted to find this new wonderful option for authentic, delicious dishes made with such care and devotion! We had a lovely time meeting the owners, who were so friendly and dedicated. We are happy to support them! We love the falafel bowl, and my husband loves the lamb shank. We have come several times and enjoyed leftovers each time as well! We look forward to returning
